I love the music concerts at Appel Farm. Last year I saw Ann Hampton Callaway and actually got to meet her after the concert. I always have a wonderful time - it's such a unique and intimate atmosphere. One of the great things about going there is the drive. Where else in NJ can you get to see beautiful farms, and wide open spaces with horses and cows in the fields? It is surrounded by natural beauty and really de-stresses me every time I go there.
