COASTAL MAINE BOTANICAL GARDENS INC
April 22, 2010

Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is a phenomenal resource. Whether I'm at the Gardens or simply talking to people anywhere in Maine, I really enjoy telling them about the Gardens and what they'll find there. While driving the shuttle and giving tour, I get to hear what they've discovered at the Gardens and try to answer any questions they might have.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Bring in even more volunteers and also increase the staff in area where additional help is needed.

More feedback

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

seeing the enormous progress over the past several years and watching visitors of all ages discover various aspects of the Gardens.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

hardworking and incredibly dedicated to the project and to creating a postive visitor experence.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Build the new "green" Education Center, design and plant new areas dedicated to the native plants of New England, and, with the remainder, help build an endowment and retire any debt.

Ways to make it better...

I could be there more often. My other commitments don't allow me to be at the Gardens as often as I'd like.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

The need for space and other resources to accommodate the number of visitors, as well as programs and special events.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?
