We have subscribed to NAHL for several years and my wife and I have given subscriptions to our daughters and to my wife's sisters and brother because we think so highly of this publication. Unlike so many health related newsletters, it is written for Canadian subscribers with examples of food products, brands, retailers, and restaurants in Canada, not the USA. It is one of the few publications that is clearly not trying to sell us anything including diet plans or products. The articles are well-researched and the content is presented in an attractive and very readable format. It is short enough and of sufficient interest that it is read from cover to cover. No advertising means that all the pages are full of nutrition and health information, recipes, and food product reviews. This is one of the best values on the market for the health-conscious consumer.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the material in their wonderful publication.
