My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Animal Coalition Of Delaware County, Newtown Square, PA, USA
We adopted our wonderful dog, Chief, from the Animal Coalition of Delaware County (ACDC) in 2008. The volunteers we encountered, from the person who processed our application to our dog's foster mom, were helpful, friendly, and willing to answer any questions we had. Our dog's foster mom even kept him for an additional two weeks when I found out I'd be out of town just after the adoption was finalized. We went on to become a foster family for cats through ACDC, and now I volunteer for them in a couple other capacities. The more I get involved with the organization the more obvious it is that everyone who works here goes above and beyond the call of duty. The animals are the top priority here, and it shows. Kudos are especially deserved since this is an all-foster operation! Please consider coming out to an outreach event to meet your next furever friend.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
sending our foster cats off to their new, happy forever homes.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
friendly, helpful, and always willing to go beyond the call of duty.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
save all the homeless animals in the country!
