AIR COMPASSION FOR VETERANS
March 29, 2010

I have been involved with Air Compassion for Veterans since it's inception. And while I have not had the need to use their services directly, I have watched the program help thousands of our Wounded Warriors and their families by easing the burden of the costs of flights to their treatment centers, home on leave, and sadly, transporting family members for burial services of their loved ones. ACV has reunited family members with their injured loved one to promote healing and provide support and encouragement. While one soldier had no family, ACV flew his best friend to visit him at Walton Reed Hospital. The stories from the soldiers we have helped are touching and inspirational. We pray that ACV will find the funding to continue their mission.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

seeing the thousands of wounded warriors the program has helped along with their family members

More feedback

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

getting to meet some of the wounded warriors that have served our country

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Totally dedicated to the program and passionate about public education and awareness aspects in order to raise the necessary funds to keep the program able to serve these brave men and women

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Expand the ACV Progam to help all veterans regardless of where and when they served their country

About every week

2006
