VETERANS MEDICAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION OF SD
March 24, 2010
As an Executive Management professional for organizations that serve those who served this great country as members of the U.S. military forces, I greatly appreciate the work and dedication of the Veterans Medical Research Foundation (VMRF/ The Foundation) who honor military service with science.
Throughout VMRF’s history, they have aligned themselves with the VASDHS in order to conduct valuable research that aides the health and welfare of the military veteran and humankind at large.
World recognized scientists and medical professionals perform research in such areas as PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Cardiology, Immunology, Pulmonology, Diabetes, Alcohol and Chemical Dependency, Nuclear Medicine, and many others.
It is with great pride that I continue to honor and serve those who have served and look forward to many quality of life advances that are propelled through VMRF and VA research.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the great medical advances in science, such as the Shingles Study that has prevented many from the suffering of Shingles.
