NEW B GINNINGS MENTORING FOUNDATION

New B'ginnings Mentoring Foundation is a small organization with a big heart. This grassroots 501c3 non-profit establishment works with at risk youth and 1st time offenders. The director of the organization" Coach Will Rose is solely obligated and compelled to working with youth consistantly, donating unconditionally his time,leadership skills, life knowledge and abilities. He works with a number of youth throughout Maryland. He coaches Basketball year round,mentors a number of youth throughout the state, partnerships with Enoch Pratt and several other organizations to provide youth related services in Maryland. I see nothing but promise and good things for this up and comming organization. It's not to often when we see organizations that truly reflect as a pillar in the community.

Their outings, watching how they communicate with one another and observing the respect they share for each other is great.

Mostly Parents of youth taking part in the program. Coach will has a report thats very well rounded. He communicates with all of the youths parents constantly.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Truly make a difference for many youth in our society. The mission statement says it all. If youth could take advantage of a just a few of the services provided here at NEW B GINNINGS so many would succeed at acheiving goals and reaching new heights.

Ways to make it better...

Had I met with this young man earlier during his quest. I would have supported him with this challenging task.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Lack of Funds. This organization is in grassroots stage. Coach Will has expressed that he is seeking grant assistance and donations. The website address is NEWBGINNINGS123.ORG

One thing I'd also say is that...

Coach Will has a calling, and it's simply working with youth. He has a passion for doing what he does so well. and I'm glad to know that there are people out here that are willing to step up and give back to the community.
