In 2001 we were in search of a saxophone instructor for my son, an aspiring young musician. JOMP was recommended to us. My son took private saxophone and jazz instruction at JOMP throughout his entire high school career, working primarily with Jim Allard and Jerry Sabatini. He enjoyed working with these and many of the other talented instructors at JOMP. During that time my son was selected to play in the MMEA Sr. Central District Jazz band twice, in his sophomore and senior years of high school. He went on to major in music in college and during the summer months has partipated in JOMP's alumni programs. JOMP is a very well run music school with excellent and inspiring instructors and outstanding program leadership. We continue to support JOMP every year with their Annual Fund, used to provide music instruction scholarships. I highly recommend JOMP and support and admire their service to community.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
watching my son grow into the musician he has wanted to become. JOMP helped to put him on this path.
