Review for Phillips Collection, Washington, DC, USA
The Phillips Collection has ensured that as the years pass and the institution matures (and, sadly, recently loses its founder), it stays fresh and relevant and accessible to not just the expert art viewer, but also to students of all ages. The welcoming atmosphere and excellent learning opportunities ensure that this is an institution of both intellectual relevance and community connection.
