ABC's core mission is to be commended. Arts organizations, especially smaller ones, lack the business and legal knowldge needed to succssfully run an enterprise; by connecting business and legal minds with arts organizations ABC helps the arts community flourish. And they do a wonderful job at making those connections. This is one organization that has really carved an important niche.
My only recommendation would be to form small "teams" of people from the business and legal worlds that would work together on a semi-regular basis. Each team, when needed and in amounts proportionate to their availability, could be deployed as needed. In this way ABC would always have people ready to go when issues pop up.

create permanent team of cross-disciplanry volunteers that are readily deployable and can do a range of work.
