My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Meeting Waters Ymca, Bellows Falls, VT, USA
My son had a great time at Lewis Day Camp. He loved canoeing, archery, songs, swimming and games. I was greatly impressed when we attended family night, and we were warmly greeted by several of his counselors. The only thing my son did not like was the long bus ride from Putney to Springfield. He had to take the bus because of our work schedule, but once he got off the bus, he was fine. He truly had a wonderful time. I was greatly impressed by the director, who took the time to talk with me about my son and some of his personal challenges that he had before attending the camp. While at camp, my son was happy and well behaved. I have to attribute this to the excellent care he received. Thank you!
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
it is affordable and outstanding in quality.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
professional, kind and caring.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
do many things to improve their facilities, such as add a solar heater to the Lewis Day Camp swimming pool.
Ways to make it better...
if my son did not have to ride the bus for such a long time.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
not something I can comment on; I just don't have enough information.
One thing I'd also say is that...
this is a fantastic organization. I wish I could work there.
