I found teh staff to be very helpful, sensitive and knowlegeable rabbis. They kept records of my details and offered advice and encouragement.

I spoke with the head of the institute personally. He told me he would look into my question. I called back and he had an answer for me. Because of this advice we went to see a doctor and almost exactly nine months later we had a baby boy.

The staff had more time to speak to more people and or hire more staff. There are so many people that need their help.
