I worked with the company for several years. The staff I worked with are hard working and try to do their best to help inmates intergrade into society. The leadership of the company do not care about the inmates or the staff. They want the staff to work with as many clients as possible with as little support as possible. Most staff last 6 months before quitting because of the upper management.
