supportive and willing to help me in anything i needed...even they took their time to asnwer the most simple questions without hesitation

bring more people into their programs....and even expanded to other countries

they had more money to pay for longer calls :)
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
their services are free...so they need to get lots of cash in donations

the staff and people who work there and mainly volunteers, so the people who was my tutor knew what my expectation and we, together, set a learning schedule for me.,
