DING SUM INC
September 13, 2010

Ding Sun,Inc is a group of family and friends who bring live theater to disadvantaged people in our communities. I first met the family in 1997 while I was a resident in Delancey Street. I had no social skills, little compassion, and very little education. I was raised in jails and institutions for most of my life and none of these skills mattered. This family changed my life! They taught me integrity, compassion and encouraged me to finish school. I graduated Delancey Street after 10 years and to this day they are still my extended family.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

witnessing the community service they do.

DELANCEY STREET FOUNDATION
November 3, 2009

After spending most of my young and adult life in and out of jails and institutions. Delancey Street took me in, showed me love and provided hope. I stayed there for 10 years, learning, growing and doing what I could to make the world a better place. Delancey Street believes in second chances. I got that second chance and I am grateful to everyone there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

that they believe that people can turn their lives around.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Awesome

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

make room for more people involved with the criminal justice system.
