Met Council staff (especially Ms. Dublin) is very efficient, courteous, and cooperative. I have a lot of appreciation for their efforts to make their residents safe and comfortable.

I admire the dedication that the agency has for the well being of the people in its care. I appreciate the skill and efficiency of the staff members who execute the tasks necessary to ensure the well being and safety of the tenants.
