In July we adopted our 3rd cat from Peggy Adams, and we and the cats couldn't be happier! They take such good care of all of the animals there, so we know we are always getting a quality pet. They provide lots of information about each animal's background and health, and they take the time to really talk with you to get to know you and to help you get to know the animal(s) you're interested in. They also provide information about each one's personality and whether or not the animal is good with other animals. That was one of the most helpful facts for us since we have a multi-cat home; we didn't want to bring home a kitty who wouldn't get along with the other two. We now have 3 beautiful, wonderful, awesome cats (sons), all of whom we love VERY much. To anyone who is considering getting a pet, PLEASE go to Peggy Adams. You can even "preview" each animal on-line before you go there. We did that all 3 times, and (again) that really helped us decide which cat we wanted. (It's almost like on-line dating! lol) I've been to other "shelters" but many of them are not as big, clean, or well-run like Peggy Adams is. Their new facilities are fantastic! I honestly wish I had lots of money so I could (1) donate money to them and (2) volunteer there. Adopt, don't shop!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Sound-proof the dog area so that the barking isn't quite so loud and overwhelming.
