My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Homeward Pet Adoption Center, Woodinville, WA, USA
I have adopted 4 cats from this organization over the last 10years as well as volunteer there. Working directly in the clinic I get to see first hand the animals that come through the shelter and the loving care each one gets through their intake experience. I have also worked in the cat room where cats are fed, cages cleaned and animals socialized and the loving care they are given is exceptional. Every volunteer at the shelter wants to be there to make an difference in the lives of these animals and to help to prepare them to find their forever home. You know when you adopt an animal from here it has received quality veterinarian care and special loving care from the people that care for the animals during their stay at the shelter. I also am impressed with their community support in providing lost cost spay/neuters, free cat/dog food to low income/ seniors and there FREE micro chipping offered many times during the year. They are a great example of a no kill shelter that other shelters can model after.
