Retired, cancer survivors, my husband and I own a mini dachshund(really a human in disguise). Living on a very tight budget, we were informed that our furry child needed dental care.? Needless to say, a new territory in owing a pet. As a cancer survivor, unable to afford health ins. (existing conditions) ok, faced with a financial matter I could not handle alone. I reached out to a friend, who in turn sent me to an organization in another county, who in turn brought me back home to my back yard and when I called the number given, Mary, answered. It could have been Mother Mary as far as I was concerned. Long story short, Mary called my vet, my vet called me and told me that Mary at Animal Birth Control would be paying more than half of my furry childs dental needs. I cried. I had no idea where this phone call would take me. I have recommended Animal Birth Control to all of my family, friends and then some, in and out of state. I have asked each of them instead of sending me gifts, to make donations to Animal Birth Control. Anything I can do to give back for what they gave me, an inner peace, I will do for this organization. Thank you seems like such two simple words, but holds an enormous amount of gratitude.
