I have many friends who have been through Pathways Core Training and they had all been ranting and raving about how life changing it was for them. Every month they would push for me to register and go but I was very skeptical due to the price. In December 2012 I agreed to test it out and go to the Step Beyond which is Pathways training that deals with your spiritual life. For an agnostic like me struggling in my beliefs I found TONS of value in the training. After attending Step Beyond I was convinced that what my friends had told me was true. I registered for The Weekend which is the first of the five training in January and completed the entire training by April. For me personally Pathways has changed my life. I have finally found the self worth I have been missing and have a new sense of direction in my life thanks to the life plan I developed as part of the training. I can see where Pathways wouldn't be for everyone, but for me it has been one of the best experiences of my life. I have learned many tools to assist me in day to day living that allow me to handle difficult situations without resorting to self sabotaging behavior. The most simple way I can think to explain the program is that it teaches you to manage your emotions and navigate relationships successfully to help you get to where you want to go in life. I am very glad I chose to go!
