AMIT is unique in the role volunteers play in every aspect of the organization. It is financially responsibleand has been successful in its mission of providing children of all backgrounds in Israel with quality education in its schools across the country, stressing tolerance and Jewish values. I have been impressed on my many visits to the schools by the dedication of the teachers,the enthusiasm of the students and the accomplishments of raising the level of education. This is an organization that is truly making a difference in the lives of the children in Israel. ,
