Review for Hazon Inc, New York, NY, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Hazon deals with Contemporary Food Issues, Judaism, Sustainability and much more regarding the Environment and Food Issues. Last year annual conference filled up in November.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The diversity of the people and their interests. My interests are Health and Nutrition, Food Systems and Sustainability and Israel: Food and Agriculture.

Review for Friends Of The Arava Institute, Boston, MA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Jordanians, Palestinians, Israelis, Americans and other students attend Arava Institute of Environmental Studies for undergraduate and graduate work. They continue working on environmental situations common to Middle East regions and other parts of the world. As a serious environmentalist, I see their work as important to their communities, regions and other areas. Their water problems remind me of our water problems in Northern Calif. I am proud to be a supporter of this fantastic group where "Nature knows no Borders." In addition to water, agricultural and other environmental problems the Arava students and graduates work on, I see Palestinians and Israelis working together giving HOPE for the future and Peace in the Middle East.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The people involved in this organization are sincere and dedicated. (Menches!) The students are bright, articulate, and passionate about their experiences at Arava. They make a difference with environment and others in Middle East Region.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Add classrooms, instructors, labs, more outreach for more students from more areas and "trailblaze" and solve more problems with envoronment, water, agriculture, food for the region and for other communities or countries with similiar or related problems.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every month
