They are growing from an individual run organisation to a professional organisation by hiring good staff. NDS is now doing professional fundraising and trying to scale. The passion is there with Ruma. She needs to improve her organisational skills or bring in a new CEO or COO. It will help to pay staff better and start charging the beneficiaries for the services provided. Overall NDS is a good NGO and I will recommend donating to NDS.
