The CEO is totally clueless of how her administrators treat staff in all the states they provide services for. No opportunity for promotion if you are not in the inner circle of upper echelons of management. Management are not in line with the mission and values of organization; forms of racism and reverse discrimination are running rapid throughout. Feel sorry for the founder. Classic example of working the crap out of staff and paying them peanuts. Management Never take accountability for their own mistakes.
