The Early Settlers Association was founded in 1879 and has been a prestigious and respected organization of ove 300 members. The significance is found in our many accomplishments. Mounted on the wall of the rotunda of Cleveland City Hall of citizens who achieved national prominence, History Day is a nationwide contest for awards for entries pertaining to the Western Reserve. Boundary Markers erected and maintained by the Early Settlers association at the four corners of the Western Reserve.
