B.R. Chamberlain Foundation for Public Enrichment, Inc. is a perfect example of an organization that serves others. An example is how the Foundation creatively developed a plan for the acquisition of an office building to be used by a missionary organization. The resulting purchase and lease to the missionary organization immeasurably enhanced the ministry's financial situation and allowed it to consolidate its functions into one location, increasing its operational efficiency. This would not have happened but for the Foundation's involvement. The Foundation adheres to the highest standards of ethics and selects board members who actively contribute to the overall purpose of the Foundation. Having served on a number of boards over the years, I can say that the board of the Foundation stands out as one of the best simply because of the quality of the individuals serving on the board. The Foundation has served me personally by setting up donor advised accounts which allows me to consolidate my giving annually for tax deduction purposes and then direct the funds to tax exempt organizations I support, such as First Presbyterian Church Orlando, Mercy Drive Ministries, Inc., CRU (Campus Crusade), and Jobs Partnership of Florida, Inc. Each of these tax exempt organizations are making life changing differences for the constituencies they serve, and through the Foundation I am able to help make those changes.
