I met The founder while the CFO for a social service organization in Harlem district, New York City. Rita Zimmer is selfless and dedicated in pushing forward the issues of homeless women and families in New York City. I joined the Board in Jan 2007 and served actively for 3 years but relocated to the Bay Area and gave up my role in January 2013 due to distance and local commitments in San Francisco homelessness cause.

Rita and the Board of Trustees at Housing+Solutions expect nothing but ensure the success of this venture, which has gained accolades and commendations for excellent and selfless acts. Women who had one way or the other entangled with the law and given the second chance. it is a remarkable endeavor and deserves the generosity and support from those who would like to make a difference. Give a little it makes the world go round.

I was engaged on a 3-month project as interim controller and had the opportunity to know the Senior Management Team and worked closely with each member. My role was to observe and recommend the best practices to meet the expanding needs of CHP. Its noble mission is reaping rewards and recognitions. The Executive Team is sincere and loyal to CHP's mission of providing decent affordable housing to former homeless in San Francisco
