Review for Mayan Families, San Diego, CA, USA
WE visited a preschool , visited two ancianos, and then helped feed people at a kitchen that fed the elderly. We helped a woman with 7 children by replacing her stove. The old stove was filling her kitchen space with black soot and causing her children to have bronchial problems. We helped observe a more established school receive a big screen T.V., computers (current), copier and various screens for school room use. There are a lot of good people helping with SO many good programs........We spent a lot of time visiting and learning about the organization. We hope to get support from back home for future solar power programs being talked about . Exciting find, we just dropped in and asked what they were doing.........
