Oh, where to start when it comes to Little Shelter! I've adopted 3 cats from Little Shelter and have yet to be disappointed. Mac came home with me a little over 12 years ago, Scotty came home 12 years ago, and Violet a little over a year ago. Because they're in the cattery socializing with the other cats and people there, it makes it much easier to bring the animals into my home with other animals. The initial vet visit is free of charge and any subsequent visits relating to an issue the animals may have had upon leaving the shelter are all also free of charge. violet came home with a cold so the vet provided medication and a follow up visit for her for free. the vet Little Shelter referred me to was great - would have stuck with them if they were closer to where I live. Little Shelter believes in the animals they have and do background checks in order to avoid animals returning, which is a great policy. A few weeks after taking home each of my cats from Little Shelter, I've gotten calls from shelter staff following up with how everything is going and asking me to contact them if necessary. It's nice to know they're there for you even after you've taken the animals home. No hesitations here with adopting more animals from Little Shelter!
