Radiant Hands is such a wonderful asset for the North Florida Community! Recently, a single working mom with two children called with with her voice breaking, saying that she had spent most of Monday using her precious cell phone minutes but still could not reach a local agency to help with her very overdue utility bill. I faxed a request to Radiant Hands and within the day received a reply that her bill had been paid. When I told mom, she said that she wanted to meet these wonderful people, as she was so grateful. This is typical of the response that I get from clients who are so relieved from the immense stress of a looming eviction or utility shutdown. Radiant Hands is also unique that they help with test payments so that clients can better their circumstances and obtain their professional license or their GED.
