Central Virginia horse rescue does amazing work. There aren't any secrets with the Cindy you always see exactly where the donation goes and she never asks for anything that doesn't directly aid the horses or mules. All of the horses are well taken care of and placed in good new homes. Every animal rescue should use CVHS as a guideline to run their own.
