This is an organization that appears well in general concept but fails in conceptualizing what they actually do and implementing and adapting to change. The organization claims to want to, for example, develop a business innovation incubator, develop a micro-finance loan program, help implement downtown revitalization, etc., but all they really do is events and festivals. One or two events are innovative, but the majority of events were set in place twenty years ago and do not change even though they fail in providing positive impact. The board and the staff leadership are less than stellar.
