GreatNonProfits is committed and passionate about it's cause - to give voice and credibility to local non-profits and a platform for donors, volunteers, public etc to read reviews about non-profits, they wish to get involved with. It's been an awesome learning experience at GreatNonProfits. I learnt new skills and tools . Also, I got to interact with industry experts. They have a very open, learning and empowering culture. The team is good, helpful and encouraging. I am thankful to Perla Ni, for extending this opportunity to me and making me feel so welcome and part of the group.

I particiated in the Sequoia Summer Service Week to construct split rail fencing and perform trail maintenance activities. An enriching, exciting and fun experience. Pros- 1. I am so impressed with the park rangers team and the great work they do. It was truly inspring. 2. The arrangements for meals at the campsite were nice. 3. Since I took public transport to reach there, Sarah picked me from my drop off location to take me to the camp site, which was really very helpful. Areas of improvement - 1. The camp site was a bit far off from showers and restroom facility. 2 I think a 3 day service camp would have sufficed to do the work. 2. We never really got to meet the 'Volunteer-in-Parks &Youth Leadership Coordinator".

1. Great team , especially Karen(volunteer co ordinator) and Bob. 2. Nice opportunity to interact with people from all over the world and all ages. 3. Nice stations like google earth and earthquake. 4. Fellow volunteers are friendly and helpful.
