Breast Cancer Options was one of the first calls I made when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I received a call back immediately from Hope who helped to guide me into the maze of treatments, doctors; I had no clue. That was in 2009 and I was officially diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic disease. Fast forward to the fall of 2012, BCO held a retreat for women with metastatic breast cancer at the Omega Institute. Spending those days with women in shoes similar to mine was spiritually uplifting as well as informative. I cannot thank the organization enough. I have 27 new best friends!
