I attended the heal the healer PLayLaB with Kira Ferrand and it was one of the most useful experiences in years of collecting information about how to help my body cope with stress. In a few short hours I learned dozens of easy-to-learn, easy-to-implement techniques that I can use at home but also on a plane, in a hotel room, even at my desk to relax and feel good. I've shared many of the things I've learned with my friends, colleagues and family to whom Kira is now a household name, even if they've never met her! So there is a small chorus in this review chanting KI-RA! KI-RA! KI-RA! thank you!!!!
