I would definitely recommend the Self Help Center to others who suffer from mental illness. I am someone who has multiple mental problems and, this place is very welcoming it provides a place to come to be social, safe, and to get support no matter what you are going through. There are also a lot of beneficial educational support classes to go to. I learned that I am not alone in this and that there is a road to recovery. The Self Help Center reaches out to staff, family members, members and nurses in the community to make mental illness more aware to the public.
