Excellent team filled with lot of energy and motivation to make a social impact... the org. has enormously grown during the org. period of 6yrs with minimal resources... ample success stories achieved which have been recognized nationally & globally... good strategy moves set by senior management and they are always improvising... biggest plus of MAD, all contributions directly go to impact a child and their system is transparent.
