After reading the reviews and knowing this organization and the founder, I have concluded that most, if not all, of what was stated were jabs at her personally and not professionally. I know her to be a selfless and caring person who has made tremendous personal sacrifices to help animals in need...animals that would otherwise be thrown away. If she has a fault, it would be that she cares too much and she wants everything to go just right for the animals in need. If that is a fault, let us all have that characteristic. I instructed her to write a rebuttal, but she has opted to take the high road putting the animals ahead of her personal hurt. She reports back regularly to the donors as to what is happening and where monies are going. She stays on target as best as possible with being flexible to some times chaotic situations. I admire her efforts.
