Vision 2 Hear has made an incredible impact on my life. I joined when I was 13, and am now leading my own team at 18. I have seen almost every aspect of Vision 2 Hear, but what has impacted me the most is the sense of family and the mission trips I have been on. V2H is like a second family to me. They will always help me and back me up when I'm struggling, and they accept anyone, no matter where they are in their life and relationship with God. Also, I have been to El Salvador and Honduras and I'm hoping to go back this upcoming year. To be 18 and say I have been able to travel to other countries is unique in itself, but to say I did it to share the gospel is an incredible blessing. Those trips made me a stronger, more independent, and caring person. It is one thing to hear about the conditions in other countries, but another to experience it first hand. These trips ultimately decided my career path; Deaf Education with a minor in Spanish for these mission trips. I love this ministry so much, and I hope to see it grow even more.
