NCYLS is one of the greatest leadership seminars I have ever attended. When I attended in 2010, I was amazed by the dedication of the staff and volunteers. Throughout that short weekend, I learned priceless life lessons, leadership skills, confidence boosters, and public speeking skills, along with making friends that I could trust with anything. All of those I still carry with me today. I loved the seminar so much that I attended the year of 2012 as a JCrew leader. Again I was exposed to those same leadership building settings, only this time I got to see other students grow into mature confident leaders. Seeing this and knowing I was part of this great program was one of the greatest moments of my life. NCYLS is the place to attend to become a leader, to gain important life skills, and to make some of the best friends anyone can have.
