if i could have provided more volunteer support, spent time on the spot, been able to mobilize more funds for their work and brought more human resources to the society's initiatives.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
raising adequate resources to keep the momentum of the work going and to take the initiatives to new levels and expanding the scope of activities; creating an excellent management team to support the Secretary of the Society, who works far too hard!
