As someone who often gets behind in checking email, I do a lot of wholesale deleting without reading. Practically the only non-personal messages I do read are those from the Center for Biological Diversity. I know that there will always be valuable information contained in them as well as opportunities to help make a difference by contacting decision-makers on critical issues. Moreover, I feel confident that any financial help they receive is well-spent.
