I found out about this organization through this article in the washington post http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/09/27/AR2010092705127.html and have been donating to it for 2 years. My review is based on the professionalism of the response to those donations, of both clothing and cash. I have received gracious and personal thank you notes for the cash and detailed itemizations and valuations for the clothing (boxes upon boxes of it), and all of it in a timely manner. They seem to be very clear about what they need and can use (not household items, for instance), and that, along with the polish with which they accept the donations, leads me to think that this is a very well run operation that is making a difference for an important population.
