I have been involved with many non-profit organizations in my life, but 2-1-1 Tampa Bay Cares, Inc. has been the jewel in my heart. It is such an honor to be a part of such an organized, focused and well managed entity. Their services are crucial to many residents in the counties served; not to mention the corporate world which provides the knowledge of the services to their employees who may need them. With an overview of services that far exceed any program I have been a part of, it is hard not for me to bring up this organization in any conversation I may have with business colleagues, friends and family. Needless to say, it always astonishes them on the vastness of assistance and programs of what 2-1-1 Tampa Bay Cares does for their community. I have been privileged to hear the many stories of how 2-1-1 TBC has literally saved a family or a life - simply by providing the connections essential to their well being.
