I cannot say enough positive things about the Northwest Center. My relationship with the center began when I was in college, approximately fifteen years ago, when I became a volunteer. The people I volunteered with and those whom I got to know on the board have been some of the most exceptional people I have ever known. Everyone affiliated with the Northwest Center approaches their service to the community with great compassion, empathy, heart, HUMOR, and in the spirit of doing whatever they can, whenever they can to help whoever is in need. The Northwest Center provides tangible things like diapers, clothing, and pregnancy tests at absolutely no charge to anyone who is in need. When a man, woman, or family comes through the door asking for help, not only are they offered physical goods but they are also offered a listening ear and helpful, practical information if they wish to listen. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this organization, everyone involved, and everything it stands for.
