Dedham Historical Society has been collecting items that tell the story of Dedham's history for over 150 years. It's building was custom built in the 1880s. The museum has the oldest chair made in America, a great collection of Dedham Pottery, and the archives contains a wealth of genealogical information. As a local historical society the board and staff work hard to welcome visitors and give them a positive experience.
