Badly organized, does not use funds as well as they should—the nintendo wii game machine at hospitals is not only outdated but costs several thousand dollars, with which they can easily make 4-5 of the same game trolleys. Blame the corporate sponsorship, I suppose, but the leadership and the employee work ethics are far below expectations for a national nonprofit. Perhaps the other branches are better.
