DOUBLE CHECK THAT THEY DO THEIR JOB. My husband and I bought a wine tour through this company and after not receiving any info on where to go or who to call had ended up missing the event. Even though we had travelled from SEA-YAK+hotel+childcare and had attempted to arrive at the proper location with only the help of google (since neither Wine Yakima or the winery returned our phone calls). Ending with a refusal to refund our money as they had paid for food/wine/transportation but offered tickets to next event. So either we eat the money we ALREADY spent or spend more to attend another event. How does it make ANY sense that they could offer tickets but they couldn’t refund because they spent money on us already. Ending with the blame on me that I assumed they could competently do their job and should have known or assumed that they couldn’t and doubled checked on their work by calling for the info instead of assuming that the receipts that said “shipping address for tickets/Pass” meant we would get something.
