Where do I begin??? I first attened a a Sistah keeper's meeting in 2005. Going thru changes life had made its alterations in my life and I what I thought then was at a stand still. I wasn't hearing from God and everybody I loved and thought loved me had turned their backs on. I was lost. I was hopeless, but searching for help. Hungry for a word, desperate for a God's plan for my life. I came into the meeting with no expectations leftth expectancy. Left new, feeling lighter and brighter. The President of this ministry was obedient to allow God to use her. She spoken over my life and confirmed things in my lif that I know changed me forever. From that meeting; doubt, fear, depression, resentment, procrastination, jealousy, and low self esteem no longer resides here. I'm thankful for the empowerment movement. Gods plan was confirmed and clear to me for me. It was far greater than a church experience, it was a life changing experience. For 1, women gathered together on a Friday night to spend an evening with a real King who was/is worthy of it. 2 women encouraging one another, and 3 a place where quiet is kept and we were able to show our truth, be real and ni mask. Saying this is me...I can go on and on about it but here's just a brief summary. I love my sistah keeper and I am my sistah's keeper.
