Alliance for Children Everywhere
October 16, 2009

What sets ACE apart from other NGOs is that the work is a true partnership. Alliance for Children Zambia is the Zambian part of the ministry that does the work. ACE brings training, skills, and helps from various volunteer teams. The Zambians participate greatly in decision making, running the programs on the ground. It's a model that gives pride to the Zambians.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

that lives are saved, children are placed in extended families, children get an education, and jobs as teachers, caregivers, and administration are provided for Zambians.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

be overwhelmed!

More feedback

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The people. The American staff are close friends and the Zambians we meet on our trips are very open people.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

ACE staff are dedicated to doing God's work. They believe in what they are doing and truly care for both the Zambian people and the Westerners who join them in the work.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Dream! Perhaps the ACE/CACZ model could be franchised.

Ways to make it better...

We could stay longer to build friendships with the staff and children.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

making it self sustainable in country.

One thing I'd also say is that...

The people in this organization do what they do for the Glory of God. That goes a long way in making it real.

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
